Ringlock scaffolding system

Het Ringlock Steigersysteem is speciaal ontworpen voor zwaar constructiewerk, met een vrij eenvoudige manier van montage door middel van wigsloten en buizen. Het kan worden gebruikt in veel commerciële en industriële projecten, zoals: trappentoren, brugsteun, tunnelsteun, energiecentrale enz.

Beschrijving

Made of high-strength steel tube, standards are the vertical members of Ringlock scaffolding system. Rosettes are welded on the standards every 0.5m intervals and provide the integral node connection, in which the wedge connectors assemble. Built-in spigots are equipped for end-to-end connections. A scaffold tube, 48.3 mm diameter and 3.25 mm wall thickness, can also be connected vertically to the posts.

The standards are compatible with other ringlock scaffolding systems. The standard provides the vertical support for scaffolding. The spigot is permanently fixed in place.

Grootboeken zijn de horizontale leden van Ringlock-steigers. Ze bieden horizontale ondersteuning voor ladingen en planken. Ledgers kunnen ook worden gebruikt als middenrail en boven- of handleuning.

Diagonal Braces are used for the lateral bracing of Ringlock scaffolding system. They can also be used as compression and tension members for cantilevers where they transmit loads back into the main scaffold structure. Diagonal Braces are also used for handrails in the Ringlock Steel Stair System. Other sizes are available on request.

Aan de verticale standaardrozet wordt een ringlockbordbeugel bevestigd voor het positioneren van steigerplanken. Deze ringlockbordbeugels worden gebruikt in combinatie met stalen steigerplanken en geschikte veiligheidsrails die horizontale liggers accepteren. Ze stellen u in staat dichter bij uw structuur te werken.
