Rapid clamps
Spring rapid clamp
Spring rapid clamp is a fast and effective method for securing wire tie bars in light formwork applications. The tensioner tool is used to pull the wire tie bar through the clamp.
Wire tie bar diameter from 5-10mm can pass through the spring clamp.
Main application: bracing formwork when being used for foundations or applied to beam formwork.
Load capacity:
6mm tension bar appr. 4KN
8mm tension bar appr. 7KN
10mm tension bar appr. 11KN

Cam rapid clamps
Rapid clamps are very simple to use. After setting up the wooden or steel formwork for concrete casting, tie rods passed through the walls to the formwork at intervals.
A rapid clamp is attached to one end of the rod and fixed with a light hammer blow on the head of the wedge.
A second rapid clamp is applied to the other end of the rod and locked in position like the first, after the rod has been tensioned using the appropriate rapid tensioner.
When the operation is completed, the tensioner is removed and the process is continued with the next pair of clamps.
Dismantling the formwork is quicker than ever.
Simply hit the bottom of the clamp wedge with a hammer, the rapid clamp is immediately released and is ready for use over and over again.
