The HORIZON table formwork is designed to be used typically in large area slab concreting for high-rise buildings. The tables can be shifted horizontally and vertically without being dismantled, which provides a cost-effective and efficient solution for the slab concrete work on site.

HORIZON tables are quite easy and practical to assemble and reassemble very fast, which makes table forms a cost-effective and high-efficiency way of pouring large-area slabs.
1. Table forms are assembled from components of the Flex-H20 slab system
2. Normally, there are 4 standard table sizes for most projects.
- 2.5 x 4.0 m
- 2.5 x 5.0 m
- 3.0 x 4.0 m
- 3.0 x 5.0 m
However, customized table sizes are also available in accordance with slab structures.
3. Usually used for slab heights up to 4.5 m
4. Guard rails are equipped to edge tables for safety protection.
5. After edge tables erected, steel wire cables are used to fasten it to the embedded anchor bolts on the ground.
6. Make sure low stacking height when transported and stored.
7. EN 1065 standard props are applied to tables, which ensures high-loading capacity of tables.

Advantages

1. The table formwork is assembled on site and shifted from one area to another without dismantling, thus minumising added risks in erection and dismantling.
2. Very easy assembly, erection and striping, which reduce labor cost. The primary beams and secondary beams are connected by means of table head and angle plates.
3. Safety. Handrails are available and assembled in all the perimeter tables, and all these work are done at ground before the tables are put in place.
4. The table height and leveling is quite easy to adjust by means of adjusting props height.
5. The tables are easy to move horizontally and vertically with help of trolley and crane.
6. Can match well with most Euro formwork systems.
