Tripod & Fork head

The folding tripod is designed as an easy and quick erection aid of steel prop for slab formwork.By using the tripod, the stability of high and free-standing floor tables can be improved during erection.

Fork head is designed to provide stable support for single or double H20 beams. In the longitudinal side, it allows one single beam to go in, and allows two beams in the lateral side. In this way, it provides two options on site use when erecting props and H20 beams for slab form systems.

Description

The tripod makes it easier to set up the tubular steel props during erection. The prop is simply set in the open stand and secured with the clamping hook with a gentle blow of the hammer. The tripods can be used with all types of props.

The flexibly mounted supporting legs of the tripod stand permit an optimal fit, even in the corners of the structure.

The Fork Head serves to keep the Primary beam in position and protects the Timber Beam H20 from falling down.

It can hold 1 to 2 beams and is secured to the steel prop with a lock pin.

The fork head has a 2-way design. This means that in one position one timber beam, and in the other position - a 90°rotation - two timber beams can be inserted in the head.
