Climbing Formwork CB240

Le coffrage grimpant CB240 est un système grimpant dépendant d'une grue et une structure de support largement utilisée pour couler de hauts murs. Il fonctionne comme une plate-forme porteuse ainsi que comme une plate-forme de travail sûre.

En fonction de la longueur de la plate-forme, le système grimpant est applicable à des hauteurs supérieures à 100 mètres au-dessus du sol et permet une hauteur de coffrage maximale jusqu'à 5,40 m.

Descriptions

Platform width:      2.4m
Roll-back system:   70 cm with carriage and rack system
Finishing platform:  for removing the climbing cone, polishing concrete surface etc.
Anchor system:      should be pre-fixed into the formwork and left in the concrete after pouring.
Formwork:            can be moved horizontally, vertically and tilted to meet site requirement.
Main platform:       provide workers a safe working platform
Finishing platform:  there is an access to the main platform by using a safety ladder.

Release and remove bolts that fixing the positioning anchor point.

Loosen the wedges of the carriage unit.

Retract the carriage and lock it with wedge.

Desserrer le dispositif de protection contre le vent, le cas échéant

Retirer le cône grimpant inférieur

Adjust the carriage into the common center of gravity and lock it again.

Retirez les boulons de sécurité du support

Lift the climbing bracket by crane and attach it to the next prepared climbing cone.

Insérez et verrouillez à nouveau les boulons de sécurité.

Installez le dispositif anti-vent, si nécessaire.
